I hope you are all enjoying the Sale-a-bration goodies that are available right now with qualifying orders.  I love this time of the year and Stampin' UP! has certainly gone above and beyond with all their beautiful products on offer!

Metallic tones are just so "in" right now and something I have always loved, especially rose gold.
Want to know a secret?  Since I grew up in South Dakota, we often received gifts of Black Hills Gold jewelry.  This jewelry not only contained your regular gold, but also rose gold and a green gold shade.  Needless to say I'm loving the new SAB Springtime Foils Specialty Designer Paper that contains gold, silver and...EEEK...rose gold!  YUMMY for sure.

Since these papers have a slippery surface area they are awesome for this stainless steel looking technique.    Click Here  for a short facebook live video but prepare yourself for's a bit crazy as I had to have a light due to the very overcast day which caused issues. However, you can see how to do the technique while I learn how to work technology!

I've used a 3x6" piece of Basic Black cardstock for the base.  Cut the DSP at 2 3/4" x 2 3/4".  You will turn this into stainless steel by polishing with your Momento Black inkpad.  I used Sunshine Wishes framelits for the heart, stamped a simple thank you and embellished with a gold heart and thread.
Looks hard but is oh so easy!  Just my kind of card.

Do you have these items in your collection?  All the supplies used are oh so versatile and can be used on any project.  If these are not in your stash of supplies Click here to pop onto my online store and buy these now.
